CUSTOM PILLOW/BLANKETS RETURNS
Due to the customized nature of the products we produce at Hello Cushion, we are unable to offer returns. Your artwork is meticulously crafted and uniquely tailored to you and your pet.
If you are displeased with your final product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is one of our interests, and we always strive to ensure that you are pleased with the finished product.
If you received the incorrect product, size, or print, or if your product was damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it without question. Please notify us within 48 hours after receiving your order in this scenario.
If you placed an order recently and then changed your mind, you can cancel it within 12 hours. If 12 hours have gone, we shall consider the cancelation at our discretion.
The reason for this is that our artists frequently begin working as soon as you place your purchase. If your artwork has already been created and you decide to cancel, we will charge a $10 fee to cover some of the artwork costs associated with your order.
Please be advised that the photo you supplied with your order will be used to produce your artwork. If you do not follow our Photo Guidelines, we will be unable to provide a solution. It is your obligation to submit a high-quality photo that meets our submission standards.
Low-quality photographs will provide low-quality artwork. We do allow notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to tell us about. However, we cannot promise that unusual requests will be met, such as editing a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile, and so on. We can, however, erase red eye, change eye color, and make other demands.
